AUTONOMOUS DEVICES

on our FIELDS

For a long time we have had to struggle with fundamental mistakes in today's agricultural management. The price of high yields comes at the expense of biogenic topsoil and leads to dependency on chemical and agro groups.

The agricultural equipment described below would have several positive effects; it enables efficient organic farming, is easy to implement, affordable, time-saving and practical in its application.

Similar to a self-propelled lawn robot, a solar-powered beam vehicle could be offered for various lighter treatments in agricultural use.  For initial spatial orientation, a boundary wire laid around the edge of the field is used, at which the line path of the device starts to change.

The software thus "learns" to drive down each field plot after the first accompaniment - even without a boundary wire. The complex Autonomous-Drive-Technology per 5G, as well as a GPS-connection - as for the planned road mobility - is not necessary for this. This is because the respective boom camera optically records the line, and the sensor-based version turns the device at the end of the field twice by 90°, to create a new working line. around its own centre.

The working width would be variable between 1.4 and 7 metres*. Such an agricultural implement travels on four light-tyred electric wheels with 500 watts each** and four current-free support wheels. With its approximately 10 m² of thin-film solar film, it delivers good power yields even in diffuse light conditions. In addition, a change to battery operation allows any remaining power to be used.

The energy for the mechanical field work comes from a carbon compressed air tank.

A specially designed on-board software optically detects the budding weeds. A series of hydraulic lances cuts it off at the root with pinpoint accuracy and prevents it from growing further. When used in dry spring weather, the device thus provides the decisive dominance for sowing.

Combined with 3–5 paper pot transplants, all kinds of seedlings (up to 1,200 per minute) can be transplanted. In stores see: www.terrateck.com. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loicvLfg9lM&t=52s

The basic unit could also be fitted with the appropriate attachment as a beam mower or for hay preparation***.

With three placed on 45° and 3 m high thermal imaging sensors mounted high, birds and fawns threatened in the grass could be in advance detected and spared by stopping the device.

Another attachment sprays ecological pesticide on - instead of the usual "RoundUp's"! The spray tank would be a separate trailer with a synchronised e-wheel.

Other attachments could be used to plant young plants or to make a worm box harvest and much more.

The autonomous beam performs - with minimum labour and time expenditure and low operating costs - valuable and environmentally friendly work steps.

In the equipment store it requires about 2m² and 4m room height.  On the way to and from the field the booms are folded up****.

Only for cereal harvesting and for larger field crops the heavy machines are still needed.

Carefully treated soils have a rich micro life, especially without ploughing.

With regular crop rotation and a disc harrow attachment that gently crumbles the top soil, fertile soil can be achieved without "agrochemical aids". Only deep ploughing makes it nutrient-poor and robs it of its natural function as topsoil!  Only with gentle tilling is a return to productive organic farming possible.

Whether with a direct subsidy on purchase or in tax deductibility – there should be environmental protection support for autonomous, solar agricultural mobility – just as with the purchase of an electric car. After all, a farmer still drives an enormous amount of fossil kilometres on his fields – 4–9 times a year – line by line!

These CO²-laden routes save us these light devices in a clean way!

Social and economic aspects associated with the use of this HiTech device

In the already 24,000 rural organic farms in Austria, significant standards and improvements would result: the women would no longer have to do a lot of monotonous tractor driving lessons in the field. But they would be at the farm and as a mother with their children. The man would not be a pendulum "sideline farmer", but instead of monoculture could reap diverse fruits in good organic quality. The peasant farming would thus be relieved of joyless racking. His work then served as general food safety and is no longer just a "function" for the food industry.

On the one hand, in view of the increasing consumer demand, and on the other hand, with the desire for rural original joy and love of sowing and harvest, this way with the light, self-propelled beam devices would be possible. The agricultural products of regional farmers could yield a pleasing return in the organic association – as Fairtrade organic food.

Such equipment would be purchased and used by several small farmers together. With serial availability, in addition to the conventional tractor, they would be an affordable and soon profitable investment.

Biodiverse habitats need around 5% fallow stripes to protect the numerous animal and plant species. These are also a beneficial, economically justifiable and indispensable measure against a silent spring! Regardless of whether it is mandatory or set up as an instruction, it would make sense to promote environmental protection that could be easily controlled by satellite image. An annual subsidy for their beekeepers (about 2€ per bee colony) would also be reasonable for a municipality. These measures lead directly to a quick re-greening!

Too many highly dangerous chemical all-round poisons radically minimized the variety of insects - and unfortunately also the songbirds, whose insects are on the menu. After all, 75% of all insects have disappeared in the past 30 years! So overall there is too little of the formerly lavish bird, flower and butterfly splendor.

The unhealthy development to rapid "rural exodus" and urbanization that is taking place globally in turbo capitalism - must be countered technically NEW!

The contracted SDGs must be actively implemented by the signatory states within the timetables. These goals can also be achieved with the help of the respective steering and promotion instruments – for the common good and for the sake of creation!

 * The beam arms consist of four 1.5 long, detachable elements each with a wheel. Their arm joints provide flexible ground adjustment. The arm frame can be attached to the PV foils.

** The 10 cm wide flat rims are covered in full contact by a rubber profile. A susceptible Luftschlauchbereifung is not necessary here. The wheel spokes each lead to a 500 watt hub motor. The 1 m wide center section leads on four wheels, the compressed air tank and the batteries. Both are reactivated on the farm with the PV-fed compressor and the charging station.

*** On the slope, the work efficiency is provided more efficiently only downhill. The speed will be between 10 and 25 km / h depending on the power.

**** On the way to the field or to the yard, the device is controlled by joystick, sitting on the middle section. Beforehand, the appropriate code entry must enable the operation. All fieldwork can be controlled and monitored remotely via the app. In Lifecykle, the approx. 50 kg aluminum tube struts (+ 40 kg wheel weight) provide the best raw material for further use.

Globally, more than half of the soils populated by humans are only suitable for forestry or livestock farming due to their geological conditions. However, the livestock of these regions should neither live in permanent stables nor receive nonsensical supplementary feeding; they should therefore live as naturally as possible.

These patent-free suggestions now need regional implementation by our agricultural technology- and Vehicle-manufacturers and the politicans – this is my strong vision ...

Human nutrition with LIFE foods has always been based on the formerly rather small-scale farming structures and their mixed crop cultivation.

The food industry and the use of agrochemicals have "bled" the small farmers dry, and so countless farmers sold their few hectares of land!

A reversal begins by recognising the connections between: Mono "culture", species extinction, extreme climate, restless haste and market-driven consumerism, land "flight" and urbanisation - to name but a few.

Human FOOD FOOD has always been based on SMALL FARM, DIVERSAL BASICS. Under the FOOD INDUSTRY and AGROCHEMIE this was bled out and sold! A reversal is achieved by recognising the concatenation of mono-culture, the extinction of species, Extreme climate, haste and consumer behaviour etc..

At best, these approaches should also be considered before the FAO, UNHCR and UNIDO for further implementation.

Flower Power

With Flower Power we bring flower fields + wind protection + water harvesting + economical solar systems to the field and thus increase drought resistance and increase agricultural yield. So promotion of agriculture through economical solar systems.

See: https://www.pveurope.eu/installation/flower-power-better-field-irrigation-water-harvestingflower-strip-photovoltaics

We still have enough rain in Europe, but it is less distributed and the fields cannot absorb it properly. When it rains, it often comes in the form of heavy rain. On the parched surfaces, the water simply flows off and also takes the good soil with it. This is where flower power can help.

In contrast to other providers, these bloom stiffener photovoltaic systems also have wind protection elements and recesses for water collection. In this way we combine biodiversity, species protection, insect protection and power generation with food security.

Although there is a little less cultivation area available, you have higher yields and are better protected from the consequences of global warming. Photovoltaics play an important key role here, because without their shading, the sinks for collecting water would dry out the field.

But with the shading, these sinks can now absorb the water from heavy rainfall without any negative effects and allow it to slowly penetrate into the field over several days, store it there and increase the harvest yield.

Flower power is particularly suitable for hot drought countries.
